As a cooperative bank, Rabobank invests part of their profit back into the city. But the impact of the sustainable and social entrepreneurs they supported was often invisible. The social story existed. The commercial benefit of telling it didn't.

I helped build and coordinate the content strategy that put those stories where they belonged: online, shareable, and in the hands of the people who lived them. Monthly events, social content, and interviews that gave local entrepreneurs a real platform.

The result: the people Rabobank supported became their biggest advocates. Their networks became Rabobank's reach. Proof that as a commercial institution with genuine social roots you can build reputation from the inside out.

The workplace is shifting. New generations have different work mentalities. They speak up, push back, and leave if you’re not open to embrace change. We created a game to make generations work better together and help them step into each other’s perspectives.

As founder and creative director I built the brand, the story, and the product from the ground up. Within one year of launch: clients across healthcare, education, government, corporates and media in the Netherlands even visibility in India and Australia.

The result: a product with a social mission that became commercially viable. Proof that when you tell the right story to the right audience, the market responds.

MUSIC MOVES

BRAND & STORY

Music is a universal language, but not everyone has access to the dance floor. We created a program to train young people in entrepreneurship to organize their own music events for people they never see on a night out. Like elderly, homeless people or refugees.

I co-initiated the concept and built the brand, story and communications from scratch. From the first event in Amsterdam to a national program across five cities in one year. Working closely with festivals, care institutions, schools, and clubs around the country.

The result: hundreds of young people, national press coverage, and a movement that proves commercial skills and social impact go hand in hand.
